Sorry for appealing this 3 months late I only just got around to it.

I'm pretty sure this stickyban is because I connected to CM on a VPN around 3months ago. To be clear: I played consistently for about a month before my ban NOT on a vpn, no reports/no bans, always IC, all that good shit. Then I connected with my VPN enabled and got stickybanned.

Here's a timeline

Played for one month (No VPN) -> Connected via VPN -> Stickybanned

If you think I'm a ban evader or something check my logs from the month before the ban, I played consistently. Not like I just made a new character and logged in or whatever, I was playing for a while before.

Yes, I know now it was dumb to connect through a VPN. I wasn't aware of that at the time.

As for the banned server list, I had a really nice writeup but the form logged me out and deleted everything I wrote when I tried to post the first time so please just take my word for it that most of them are BS. Also, again, no reports on CM, exemplary player.

Do you use a VPN or Cracked Windows?

I don't usually use a VPN, I used a VPN to connect at one point but stopped using it when I played ss13 later.

To be clear: if I try to connect to the server now without a VPN or anything on, it tells me I'm banned.

Right. at least on our server, connecting with a VPN triggers a Sticky ban, our server does not only use IPs to ban people but other data as well which is unique to each user.

AFAIK it's username and hardware ID, yeah. Won't use a VPN while playing again. Can you un-stickyban me since we're all in agreeance that I should be unbanned?

This should be lifted. Try to remember to turn your VPN off or you're liable to end up in a sticky.
