Description of the incident: As CL he gave a glass of ultrazine to marine, I believe, in the beginning of the round. Since then marine was captured by MP as they though he had drugs, brigged and after sleeper he got into constant paincrit. So basically he was out for the whole round. During the round I decieded not to interfere as I had things to do as CMO. After round I asked CL OOC why he did it, he answered me like "it was muscle upgrade, he was just unworthy".
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): I personally don't have any evidence, but I ahelped Audy about ultrazine at that time.
