as someone who maybe plays CL i totally agree with this, as pretty much 99% of the times your faxs are gonna get ignored and you just go off on some adventure to research or just argue with some MPs

Doesn't need to be a whitelisted role. Antagonistic objectives can be given to CL by Representative asking the Company (admins) for permission to do so. Could also be given a headset to enjoy listening to the others if you don't have much at your ship.
