Description of the incident:

Alright so i'm going to start where this pred killed an Ancient Crusher. There we go, that's what started it, I chased it down for a good 10 minutes, attacking marines Tank and sometimes the Predator. Most of the time I was fighting this pred was because it was attacking one of my fellow comrades, so I came in and help.

And yea, we took off far like in Chapel area where we fought a pretty good fight, both very injured and his mask most of the time off (which I always let him pick up, after 1 or 2 miss-slashes) and continue until he looks ready to fight again, and so I said "Stop, we both are very injured, I don't want to end your life yet." which he responded with "I have no need to listen to you" and after that he attacked me with his word, putting me into one health point.

At this point I retreated because of that un-expected attack that he gave me while I was typing, and then he comes again with his HPC and stuns me, then comes next to me and waits for me to recover, which I was still recovering. AAand after I "recovered" I was still in resting mode, meaning that I wasn't recovered at all, but proceeds to attack me and kill me. Which is against the Code as you need to give your opponent a chance to recover.

And that's basically it.

He responded with "He was on me for at least 20 minutes in this round" (which i wasn't, and there was a good reason why I attacked, which I already explained).

Council (finally) talked about this.

Doesn't seem like Phee did anything wrong here. You resting after a stun doesn't make you immune to being killed afterwards. You were able to fight, and then rested. It's just meta at that point...which makes you dishonourable. That's what the logs say, anyways.

There'll be no punishment.
