I'm going to compile some of the other people's suggestions (with some small edits) that I thought were the most clever/ fun, wouldn't disrupt an op, would be hard to achieve and that could be presumably coded into the game. I'll also include some of my own. I don't know anything about coding but I'm sure that doing something like this would probably take a lot of work. I�ll add more achievements as more people post.

Mine:

Who Needs Half Life 3?
-As the RD, kill a xeno with a crowbar.

Staff Sergeant Bad Ass
-As the SL, successfully complete an op without anyone in your squad dying.

Now THAT�S what I call a marine major
-As the CO, lead an op in which you achieve less than 5% casualties.

Who�s laughing now?
-As a regular marine, kill 15 hostiles.

What whitelist?
-As the XO, go a whole round without a CO ever joining the game.

CO, C-Shmo
-As a Staff Sergeant or under, send 5 orders from the CIC computer.
