Description of the incident:

I was CMO, it started off with me in upper research, a Bravo Medic asked me for a tac shotgun, I told them 'No.' They swung at me and insulted me or whatever, I swung back, they start punching, disarming. I attempt to go down upper medbay ladders, get my flash, he follows me, I flash and cable cuff him. I tie him up, waiting for MPs, Jim Martin comes in, threatening to shoot out my windows. He doesn't, the Medic gets picked up and escorted to brig (I think). Whatever, round goes on, Jim Martin comes around, chucking eggs at me repetitively, I'm asking for his arrest several times. Eventually, I get fed up and attempt to take things into my own hands. I flash him, drag him to the CMP who's sitting in medbay lobby doing nothing as this is occurring. Ask him to do something about this Marine. He attempts to scalp me, knife gets stuck in my head and I'm unconscious with a broken skull.

I ask him to do something and called him a useless piece of shit, he gives me attitude. Jim Martin is never arrested, he still lurks around. At this point, I know it has been escalated so I can stab him to death with no repercussion. Instead, I find him later after he escapes me and then I flash him, dragging him to the OR, medically nuggeting him. In the time I took to nugget him, I could have very easily chosen to decapitate him instead but, I wanted him to know his deeds warranted a punishment.

CMP and MPs arrested me, the man who was getting scalped by a PFC and then tased me and beat me with fireaxes and stunbatons, WHILE I WAS TASED ON THE GROUND. Alan Jones came in and started shooting them because they probably would have beat me to death if they didn't.

I also escaped the brig after they didn't tell me my crimes and, dragged me to the brig, anesthetically injected and stasis bagged. I escaped with four other inmates when Xenos got on, they didn't strip me, search me or anything. I had a knife and managed to break my way out. They attempted to shoot me with a tactical shotgun and missed, nailing a marine.

CMP was Sven Svensson.
MP was Masterson.

Quick note, the MP involved was Masterson, not Texas.

I was around for the latter half of this. The CMP started tasing people randomly around Medbay, including myself and the Chief Engineer. We get the lowdown, and I stand guard outside the OR that the CMO's in to stop the absolute hell I knew was going to break loose. The CMP and another MP, Masterson, push me out of the way, barrel in, and start harmbatoning and fireaxe-ing the CMO. As predicted, the marines jump in and start trying to push the CMP and MP over, to stop them murdering the CMO outright. They promptly start harmbatoning all the marines. One of the marine goes for the self-defence clause as murder from the military police seems imminent, and starts blasting them with his rifle. The CMP and MP escape while I'm KO'd on the surgery table, where I got slammed by a doctor and anesthetic'd halfway through. Everyone agrees that shooting the MPs there was the only way to get them to stop.

I'm chilling in the Brig later with a SO, having walked there to stop the apparent riot - 2 prisoners running around with cuffs on - while Masterson blatantly lies that marines are trying to mutiny. The CO arrives and I follow him to the Permabrig section, giving him the downlow on the way. He asks the CMP to explain himself, CMP doesn't, CMO explains it all from inside his cell, see OP. I back up the CMO's points for the bits I was present for, CO orders the CMO's release. CMP ignores him and sets a 10-minute timer, while the xenos smack the Alamo into the Almayer. The CMO promptly pulls the knife from his skull and smashes a window into the Brig Briefing area, what with the CO having ordered his release and the CMP ignoring him. The CMP promptly chases him and locks the room down so neither myself nor the CO are able to get in and stop him. When he raises the lockdown, he's got the CMO down on the ground. I start to run off at this point while the CO enters the meeting room, as there's xenos. I promptly get shotgunned by Rex Texas at pointblank range with no enemies around, which is called an 'accident', but that's unrelated.

All in all, the actions of the CMP and MP Masterson would've earned jobbans, if not timed bans, for some other players. They tried to outright kill a player and tried to do the same to other marines when they tried to stop the murder. This sort of conduct just isn't acceptable, in my opinion.

This incident was in fact handled in game, adequately, at the time that it happened. As such I am marking it as resolved.
