Description of the incident:

I will post screenshots of logs, basically, as a survivor, i remodeled LV armory into a store. i offered to sell TC some welder fuel, they replied by shooting me in the face with thier main gun and then driving around smashing everything.

TC ban, it was just people being shitty since round ended.

extra screenshot i had of them wearing shorts, coming in the first time for the fuel. I also want to note the reason i went and made a store was because i was a colony survivor.

They also as the logs show went nuts to run over and smash the store after killing me which was pretty griefy imo

Yeah we were looking for fuel to repair the tank and Cyella offered to sell it to us for 500 USD, so I figured that by using the tank for intimidation we could get that fuel for free. I told Gunther the plan and he agreed. I specifically told him not to shoot her UNLESS she tries something, there was no intention on my part of committing war crimes . So we roll the tank up to the store, and tell her we are getting the fuel for free, I rammed down the windows to show Cyella we were serious, immediately my gunner flames her. ICLY and OOCLY I am shocked and I convey this by asking Gunther "Why the fuck did you do that!?" to which he replies "She bitch". I can't speak to Gunther's reasoning for flaming Cyella, but as the driver I have no control of the gun.

Also we planned to do this before the round ended, not because "lol round over".

Furthermore the logs presented do not really show the whole story of how it ended up with Cyela getting robbed via tank. If you could I think it would be beneficial to post the logs of:

1. Our initial interaction with Cyela where I am clearly displeased with her price and unwillingness to bargain

2. Me and Gunther's discussion of the robbery before attempting it.

I would like to add that, IF there was grief that occurred (There wasn't on my end atleast) that it happened at the end of the round and as such should be considered EORG and only constitute a 3 hour ban.
