No idea I think it's a sticky ban. I mean I had no trouble the last mounths I played. I made mistakes in the past but I love this game and stick by the rules.

I looked into it, you damn windows pirates need to just buy windows. You're using the same windows key as another player I know who is whitelisted for the same reason.
