Report 729-24AB - Office of Manpower Statistics
October 18th, 2185
LT John J. Hart, OMS
Born in Seattle in 2162, Kyleigh enlisted at the age of 19. All records prior to her enlistment indicate her last name is Cereda, though her official and legal last name is now Kendall - Despite the fact her marital status is Single. However, Synthetics assembled more than 4 or 5 years ago will still refer to her as 'Ms. Cereda'. This anomaly has been investigated for a brief period, and is believed to be a result of family ties within the company that creates and manufactures Weyland-Yutani's Synthetic data processing units. It was dictated this error was not worth the effort to fix manually by LTJG. Marshall on Sept. 17, 2183.
Kyleigh demonstrated a high degree of difficulty during her recruitment process, weighing only two pounds over the minimum weight upon enlistment. She repeatedly dyes her hair blue for 'religious' reasons and seems highly insistent on continuing to dye her hair. Despite her difficulties, she has proven herself as a capable Marine and has gotten higher marks than a vast majority of her peers. Kyleigh is part of the newest batch of recruits added to the ranks of the Falling Falcons. Clinical analysis indicates a heightened level of stress and anxiety, and behavioral capacities have shifted somewhat. This is expected and normal, and all parameters fall within tolerable levels as a result of her new environment.
However, one slightly alarming trait of Kyleigh's behavior is her overcritical nature. It is not uncommon for Kyleigh to seemingly enter a brief state of intense self-loathing whenever she fails to meet expectations. This is indicative of recurring depressive behavior, but thus far has never been too much of an issue and has not been too prevalent. Kyleigh does usually handle it in a constructive fashion, and this behavior has been flagged as safe and non-hazardous as a result. But Dr. Kawolski, Chief of Psychiatric and Behavioral Health, recommends keeping a close eye on her during such episodes, and to immediately report any behavior that would be considered alarming or unsafe.
Kyleigh does exhibit an elevated level of independence, and has often broken ranks to argue with superiors - particularly on the subject of morality. But she has also been seen adamantly defending her friends from reprimand despite any wrong they have committed. She's been identified as a likely source of instigation for shenanigans and hooliganism, and her Security records reflect this to inform all MPs of our suspicions. However, she is quick to straighten her spine in the presence of a formal Officer or authority figure in most cases, and does her best to respect the rules and regulations of Marine Law. Despite her security status as a likely instigator, her punitive record is remarkably small, and a consideration to drop her status is currently pending as of September 21st.
This concludes the RF-72 Report for Commanding personnel on Kyleigh Kendall.
