General
1. Despite being part of the military, the ship USS Almayer is sent with faulty cryo tubes that prevent additional marines and certain key personnel from waking.
2. What kind of a ship that has been sent to a distress signal would still operate with no Req crew, minimal to no Medical crew, one CIC staff, no pilots and no crew engineers?
3. Cryo tubes filled with marines that contributes to ground battle are locked by a system called 'Defcon' until you gather enough dead bodies, paper, files and discs because....reasons.
4. There is a minimum of 1 Specialist for each squad but if the mission progresses longer and if you hit Defcon 3, the system magically creates more Specialists because it thinks waiting for a certain time period over assessing real battleground situation is key to winning the battle.
5. The Almayer dropship will, no matter what, refuse to deploy until 20 minutes has passed since the marines are awaken from Cyro Tubes, even if you switch the engine on earlier.
6. The military think it is a good idea to send a crew with a totally banged up tank to a mission for a distress signal
7. Also, say even if Expected Contact is added to fight bigger Xenomorphs, why would you send a totally banged up tank to battle?
8. Military thinks it is a good idea to load your tank with anything but the LTB cannon and better armour first because....reasons.
9. The ship has one AA gun in place, which is completely useless because you cant even shoot the hijacked Dropship filled with Xenomorphs flying straight at you.
10. Also I question the logic of this AA Gun, it is placed at the bow(front) of the ship, which means you can only shoot in one direction. So this frigate has no real defences against interceptors that dances around the frigate.
11. The military thinks it is a great idea to send a Battalion of marines into deep space to respond a distress call while the war against the CLF is ongoing.
12. There are a total of 40 Cryo tubes inside of the Cryo room yet for some strange reason you can get as many as 80-120 marines waking up from this room
13. On top of that, there are 82 chairs inside of briefing itself. It's like the military would expect another 38 marines will magically pop out of the cryo tubes as reinforcements.
14. Defcon has sorcerous powers to generate more marines when you feed it with more intel.
15. On top of that, the Dropships only have 32 seats each. How does the military do their math here?
16. How does a Dropship hold 80-100 marines with a tank manned with 2 Tank Crewman inside and fly down and up with the hull intact? What is that ship made of?
17. Also, how can you cram up so much space inside of that?
18. How does the USS Almayer manage to function and fly when 85% of the power generators are down or downright broken?
19. I am starting to question the competency of the USMC here, they sent a ship to a distress call which has a possibility of responding to:
a. False alarm
b. CLF/UPP Threat
c. Xenomorph infestation
So as the military you ought to assume the worst and are notified of the history of the colony, which most likely point the problem to c. Xenomorph Infestation. Despite that, you send a frigate with weak AA capabilities, a banged up tank, and a crippled engineering room to respond said emergency and expect the ship to not get hit by CLF raiding party, pirates or UPP spy ships and succeed in the mission. That is a large margin of error here.
20. Despite advancements in technology, an Orbital Cannon can only be fired once every 5 minutes because the Cannon has to cool down in Deep Space.
21. Despite being called the 'United States Marine Corp', the USS Almayer is dominated by Asians, Europeans, Slavs, Africans and Middle Easterners. While actual Americans make up a total of 15% of the actual crew make-up.
22. Despite magically spawning additional marines from Cryotube, the ship refuses to magically breed more MPs to curb shipside hooliganism and riots.
23. The USCM and US Military Industrial Complex will modify, at their wish, the function and contents of the weaponry of the ship instead of just upgrading them like what normal Military Industrial Complex would do.
24. Why is it that the entirety of the Xenomorph hive, with exception of the queen, stay as larva when they take over the colony? How did a hive of larva accomplish that? Did they....run around the colonists in circles till the colonists shoot each other?
25. How did the Xenomorph hive manage to nest multiple host in a single nest bed?
26. For some reason, hours or days after the Xenos took over the colony, they still refuse to capture the nearby wildlife and expand its population.
27. Xenomorph hive refuses to evolve before the marines land and somehow survives first contact with hostile wildlife and fauna
28. The Queen stays as a young queen for much of her life for days but magically speeds up her evolution when the marines are in orbit
29. Survivors in the colony magically survives in the colony be being smart and not shoot at the noodle when it dances around them
30. Survivors on colony are by majority not black, following stereotype horror movies from Hollywood. That's racist.
31. Bancrose isnt one of the survivor.
32. Xenomorphs will only start to burst when the Marines are in orbit
33. Queen Mother believes in suiciding the entire hive when they are losing instead of advising better strategy to strand out the fight for 5 days or so or sending Xeno Response Team
34. Like in the movie Aliens, the Marines and Civilians are resistant to the vacuum of space when the Dropship decides to crash into the USS Almayer
35. Aliens dying inside of the USS Almayer itself, with concentrated acid for blood, did not melt through multiple levels of the ship into the hull itself.
36. Alien blood is resistant to the vacuum of spess
37. The hull of a Frigate Class spaceship is somehow weaker than the hull of the Dropship itself
38. No dents or cracks inside of the Dropship when it crash into the Almayer that could've allowed the xenos to be sucked into Spess like in Alien 4.
39. For some strange reason, the computer refuses to send an early distress signal, evacuation procedure or Self Destruct protocols when the ship is fine and dandy by top ranking officers of the ship.
40. Yet when the Dropship crashes it magically over-rides the lock on even the top most senior officers of the USS Almayer itself, making the Xenos have higher level access than the crew itself
41. For some reason, the crew of the USS Almayer forgot they could FLY FURTHER INTO SPESS when the Dropship was hijacked, beyond the fuel range of the Dropship or trying to out-run said Dropship.
42. And dont tell me it's because it's too big or too heavy. If it were, then the ship's hull would be a lot THICKER to handle the load and cargo of the ship and, most especially, withstand the impact of a DROPSHIP.
43. A FRIGATE somehow cannot outrun the Dropship, because of the additional load of magically spawned marines inside of the USS Almayer itself.
44. A Dropship can crash through the hull of the USS Almayer but somehow the Tank and all it's weaponry can't shoot through it.
45. Speaking of Magic, how does the ASRs in Req work? This vessel holds so much materials and weaponry you think this is a smuggling ship.
46. Second of all, the amount of cargo increases depending on the amount of crew it has! AND DEFCON CAN MAGICALLY MAKE MORE!
47. Defcon is the real antagonist here because it locks important battlefield assets and demand your attention and gift like your ex-girlfriend
48. For some reason the Dropship will always face the Starboard(Right) side of the ship and crash from the Port(Left) Side of the ship. It's like the Xenos learnt to fly.
49. How can a Military ship tolerate such hooliganism and disorderly conduct from Delta Squad? How did they avoid Court Marshall?
50. How does a Military Ship not scrap a squad that has performed too many Friendly Fire and still send them on a mission? *cough*
51. Xenomorphs can crawl on walls and pounce on Marines, but takes as much time to climb on a window frame and a table as a marine
52. Xenomorphs can't hide ON or UNDER the Dropship and have to enter it like a normal human being to infiltrate the Almayer.
53. Xenomorphs can't infect Jones or other mammals like Mr Wiggles even though in Aliens 3 it was shown to be possible
54. Defcon 1 Nuclear Explosion is not a real Nuclear Explosion
55. Despite having great weaponry, Marines can screw a mission up by blasting their own men with Grenades and Guns despite training in bootcamp on how to use them.
56. Binoculars which could potentially see kilometers of land is somehow restricted in sight to roughly 250 meters.
57. Since the Aliens movie, the Military Industrial Complex thought it was a bright idea to limit Motion Detectors to Long Range and Short Range mode because....reasons.
58. You would think with the amount of Friendly Fire in the field, the Military Industrial Complex would've made all of their weapons IFF Compatible by now.
59. A marine standing in front of another marine who is trying to throw a grenade will block said grenade and bounce backwards, even though the marine could've thrown the grenade at a higher angle and take a step back.
60. In the movie Aliens, the Xenos can ram through doors and utterly destroy them. Here they just claw open them and can't seem to smash open bolted or welded doors.
61. Predators are afraid to hunt marines because they dont want to offend the marine population.
62. Most of the battles of the marines against the xenos are in the caves. With the sheer shock of Grenades, LTB cannon, RPG, SADAR, CAS, and Queen Screech, you would've think that the cave would have many cave-ins and tunnel collapses.
63. Marines don't go deaf from the sheer amount of explosion, gunfire, and xeno screech inside the CAVES
64. If you look carefully of the Cave systems the marines are deployed to fight the Xenos in many maps you will find that the caves have very poor air circulation that makes you wonder how do the Xenos and Marines not die of Suffocation from fighting in the Caves
65. Random explosions from trapped Gases inside of rocks in caves do not occur.
66. Xenos can use Vents and Tunnels yet Marines cant so much as use a vent like in the Movies
