Description of the incident:

SO, sweeping dorms with ducky, a SG, and some other, this pred ungas in and goes for the SG, but we got MD pings and light him up. he then dances and battles with us for some time before suddenly fleeing. me and ducky chase him down putting shots in, then he turns and pops the stun on us, gets up and escapes.

I do not imagine attacking foes, then failing to kill them, then using a stun to escape is honorable.

Thiers talk he also attacked a downed man during all of this, but it was wuite choatic.

P.S. only reporting due to the player being a bit toxic of it all in discord.

I will leave only one explanation for this situation. This SG or another tried several times to shoot me in a lot of different locations. All around Marshalls. Upon him firing at me again, I simply charged for the SG, not any other marine. Once the SG was down, I ran off.

I used the HPC to not be in need to harm any other marines.

In discord Frank is keep defending himself and trying to correct us even we already got a video evidence.

Unless I'm reading this wrong -- given that this english is fucking atrocious, and I'll ask for more clarification or proof, what he did doesn't sound to be an honour code break.

From what I'm getting:
Gets jumped.
Tries to fight back.
HPCs.
Runs away.

HPCing people ganking you isn't dishonourable or a rule break.

he came at us cloaked, walked right next to the SG, and was about to attack, then got fucked. the report is for the trying to use cloak to get right next to people, from what i understand attacking cloaked and using it in this manner is big no-no.

There is no evidence he attempted to attack the SG judging from the logs, and stunning to escape is not an honor code violation, especially since in this case your group attacked first.
