As I have concluded this to not be a whitelist issue, Its a server rule issue.

As much as it may hurt some for me to say, we cannot and do not punish people for incompetence - whether perceived or actual. You’re allowed to dislike Command or their decisions, but so long as they’re following server rules, they are within their rights to make the decisions they made. In this case, it looks like two squads picked a fight with each other, and Herr-San went off the information they had to resolve the issue. I see no evidence of grief or malicious intent here.

That being said, what I do take an issue with is ordering the arrest of an entire squad. Marine Law is neither written nor intended to allow you to indiscriminately arrest an entire group without any regard for whether or not they’re actually guilty (much like how COs cannot mass-pardon); and frankly, it’s just asking for trouble. On that basis, I will be adding a note to Mr-Herr-San for ordering a mass arrest.
