Amazing at commanding and stepping up when the time is right. Always a treat to serve along side both in combat and in the CIC. +1 to one of the best up and coming commanders in CM.
I agree with many of the +1's given to you on this Application as I believe the points people have brought up are good ones.
Your take on the story was interesting and describes your character well enough for me to understand them. I have also spent much time observing you ingame and whenever I am on, and I notice you playing command roles. Your interaction with others is great. You are in no way a problematic player and I don't forsee you causing problems or abusing your whitelist.

I'll echo everyone else here with a +1.
However, I'd like to stress the importance about being lenient while being able to put your foot down when you must. There's a difference between being liked as a CO and being respected, and lacking the latter means people will take advantage of your kindness.
If you do plan on being more lenient than not, remember that you will have to take responsibility if the pardoned personnel causes more trouble down the road. I cannot stress this point enough, so just remember to use your best judgement, and don't be afraid to ask other COs for advice.
