Description of the incident:

I was trying to find escape pods, didn't have any weapons or armor because I'd just gotten out of medical bay, so I picked up a smart gun since it happened to be the closest thing to me. A CPL named Ernest (I forget his last name) from a different squad followed me into a corner where no one else was and told me to hand over the gun. I told him I didnt have any other weapons or armor and was just looking for a way out. He told me to hand him the gun or he'd shoot me. My last words were "ok, you want the gun?" and then he shot me to death and took it.

How you would punish the accused:

Public flogging and/or humiliation. I'm not that mad but maybe at least admit it was a douche move.

I looked into that and handled it to what degree I could since I couldn't see exactly what occurred myself. Ahelp in the future if such things occur again as staff can be occupied by ongoing matters.

Just going to note that the player was punished according to the logs also by Solarmare but cant post exactly what was done of course.
