I don't IO all that often, but Seabass is one of the people who stood out to me whenever we've ended up on the same intel team. A really solid guide.
Personally, I only carry one document pouch and a tool pouch (blowtorch and wrench go in webbing or armor as they're less commonly used) in order to carry the data detector in a belt slot and an MD in hand. I find the MD so important that it's hard to trust it to anyone else, and a lot of squad marines don't have that instinct to immediately run away from trouble as soon as they see a ping, especially if they think they're meant to be following you.
It'd be nice to include a section on how to be good/helpful as an intel PFC.
