I am not, which is why I find this so damned bizzare.
I've read rule 12, I'm not disputing that that ban reason was invalid, I was asserting that it wasn't me.

I wrote in that name, because it is the name listed on the ban, My ususal name was Yuri Orolov I think, I don't quite remember.
