The only issues that I had with the BE was the way it was conducted and the circumstances that the PO was under at the time. She was handcuffed with the CMP present during the arrest and with the Captain on the colony. I feel as it could have been handled differently and more professionally granted who was present during the arrest. During this I don't believe Lauren was physically resistant to the arrest as she made no attempt to run but was just confused about the arrest (Although i'm not 100% sure on this.)

I don't know if this would help at all but the PO physically could not assist in the launching of the drop ship due to her being restrained by the CMP earlier.

I just feel like it could of been handled by Marine Law and the MP force rather than resorting to a BE. She wasn't resistant in anyway during the arrest but just very mildly disrespectful.

I may have no horse in this race, but if I remember correctly the PO was cuffed and the CMP was going to escort her back up to the brig and you still BE'd her. I may not be a council member thus I may not understand procedures as well but if I can recall you can not BE someone who is already in custody, and custody has been previously ruled as once the cuffs go on and so long as they’re being held by MPs, with the only other exception being that this happend during delta alert (which it did not), therefore making this an improper BE.

CMP here. I released the PO into the Captains custody as it was his intent not to have her arrested but to have her brought to the ship so that she could fly it. She was not BEd while being taken to the brig, she was BEd after she was released to the alamo and refused to fly it.

Neglect of duty

Failure to perform one’s role to an acceptable standard. For example, a Commanding Officer failing to properly organize and ensure his personnel are given orders, failing to follow proper procedure in detriment of one’s duties, or ship crew leaving the ship without authorization from the Commanding Officer or their Department Head. Any officer who commits a crime may be charged with Neglect of Duty in addition to the appropriate crimes.

You said it yourself, chief. Ship was going up and down, and wasn't outfitted with any attachments. The CAS pilot had all the attachments from weapons, cooldown, fulton recovery, and medevac.

Insubordination

Besides the fact I may or may not still been in handcuffs, I told you I was going to cryo, so that means my job, for the most part of it, is done. With the added notion that you and I have access to this thing called a "communication headset" that can travel faster than the speed of light to convey thought and general intelligent/coherent thinking. No orders were given using such device.

Disrespecting a superior Officer

Using offensive names or being directly disrespectful to someone of a Commissioned Officer of higher rank or position. Each offense stacks.

Never knew that saying nah to a order warrants a execution. Especially if they have the capability to do it themselves, and are in no immediate danger. Also, during my arrest and such, no demur, ill remakes, anything that would be consider "going as much as disrespect" was ever said during my interaction with you and the CMP. Stating toss me into cryo... is not a disrespect.

Disorderly Conduct

Directly and intentionally disrupting primary operations of the ship. Fighting in the RO line, disrupting the briefing.

Everything, like I said before, was going per standard operation procedure. That's before you killed the PO, lost visual, and then shortly after had the FOB lost. Due to long wait time, and no actual intelligence on the base itself; all in a matter of one drop. (The FOB went down as soon as the ship that was with me on board got BE. The ship went back down, got overrun, and no one could report it due to T-Comms going down and the 90 second transit time~)

After reading the replies back. This person obviously doesn't get it, and I want to change my punish to accuse from "I'll leave it to the CO councils discretion~ " to "Removal"

I am going to ignore the fact you were essentially asking to be shot...in the event that you were cuffed and shot, I will issue a warning for this.

You cannot BE someone while they are cuffed or in mp custody.

So you'll just be issued a regular warning to not do this, The next time it occurs it will be a Heavy Warning or Suspension depending on the severity.
