Came into the chat calling me a shithead, so I asked him if we gonna cry, and as a result he gave me the server banned role and muted me.

Neth is on vacation currently, so I'll be handling this report.

I agree that Cakey's behavior here was not appropriate. While in-game does have a policy forbidding staff from handling cases involving themselves, Discord is a little bit more informal. However, it is still highly recommended that staff get a member of Discord Staff, or a third party staff member, to handle things involving themselves. It may go without saying, but calling you a shithead was also not proper.

I've given him a lecture on these topics, but don't otherwise feel more action is necessary. I can see how your statement "gonna cry Cakey" could have been offensive given the conversation leading up to it, and understand why he would have felt right to action you for it.
