Very well, sorry for the late response, but as Rem, I had a similar situation where sometimes your orders were confusing and you got mad at us for not being able to hold a point where xenos ganged on us ... anyways, I was waiting for an improvement, and despite myself have not seen it ever since, Rem claims you have actually changed and this is what I was hoping for before sending in my vote.

As for general Command ability I believe you are capable of doing so, so yeah.

Your answers and application are good, I appreciate that you own up to the fact that the CO is mostly responsible for the outcome of his operation and while I understand different command views, do know that there are times you'll need to micromanage or do something yourself, especially on lowpop, or something might go very wrong with the mission.

Be ready for the change from XO to CO.

I like the way you handled criticism on this application. And though I haven't seen you ingame much, that's my fault as I haven't been all that active. That said, the community and majority of the Council has, and think you have what it takes to be the Captain of the Almayer.
