While I am aware of the fact that the current standard for the server does not allow for Hostile Survivors towards Marines, I took the question with the understanding of handling it within the context of the question as is.

I have no major concerns with this application. While yes hostile survivors are banned, the Moderator Application has not been updated to reflect this. While our approach to the situation has changed, in the context of the application and it's various questions I believe you answered the question sufficiently.

The difference between admin perms and mods, is something that i struggled to understand when making my app way back when.
I'd be happy to see the issues in this app be ironed out in a trial.
