There are a metric tonne of IPs, CIDs and Ckeys mixed in with this ban. Why are you only trying to appeal now as opposed to when you were initially banned?

I played this morning and did not know about the prohibitions.
I think that every time I changed my VPN, I accidentally bypassed the ban
But I did it because of poor connectivity and connection stability, and not bypassing

Not sure what to suggest in all honesty. Using a VPN may end up with you being permabanned again if you are caught in a sticky.

Yeah, VPN will get you every time. Don't know what to do for you since your provider is blocking our server, but I'd suggest waiting till a head gets around to this.
