Description of the incident: I believe that Orayx73 broke the honor code regarding using ranged weapons, because he spike launchered me while I was defending a worthy marine/FoB. During the Tridgent Dam round test today, I was in Delta Squad and assigned to defend the advanced sensor tower. Delta setup a FoB at the tower. Unfortunately I had to go SSD briefly, and when I returned to the game and made my way to the sensor tower, we were under xeno attack. One of my squad engineers named Luna asked me to cover her as she entered a building. Luna hopped inside, I stayed on the other side of the window to provide covering fire. That is when Opray came out of the dark with a wielded warglaive and attacked Luna. Luna went down in a single glaive to the head, so I fired a buckshot round into Opray which caused him to run. I didn't pursue Opray at all, I hopped onto the window sill and tried to shake up Luna to get the hell out of there. That's when Opray used his spike launcher to shoot me in the head, spraying the entire room with bolts. It states in the honor code that you cannot use ranged weapons on anyone defending someone you try and hunt, or someone defending an FoB. I was doing both.
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): I didn't snap any pictures due to being under heavy xeno attack, however, the logs should show that I was hit by a spike launcher round in the head.
How you would punish the accused: Just a warning. In the CM Discord, they stated after the round that he did it because he was wounded and thought I might chase him. I understand that, but it is STILL against the code, which is why I made this report.
