I don't know why this was extended, because my previous week ban was because I supposedly ban evaded a 3 hour ban, even though I waited it out and only logged onto CM the other day, playing about 5 hours until my ban for evading a ban which already expired.

Basically, you committed an offense that possibly warrants a permanent ban. So before you can be unbanned, you need to appeal the top first bolded reason as the ban is being looked over currently and had its period extended.

We apply a week ban while the permaban request is being processed. Sometimes the request is not processed in time, and we reapply the timed ban while the request is still being processed.

No. You need to appeal for a permaban instead. Staff is unable to give permabans and management has to apply them, we apply 7 days and request a permaban to host. Your permaban got placed recently for ban evasion.
