Always used a PC for this, and a very old so as not to regret anything when I will tear down the monitor cover and could be cheap to replace. Recently I gave the PC away and started playing on a laptop. Had to use RAID DATA RECOVERY because I can't do it myself. My wife naturally gave me back my old pc and started working on the upgraded laptop herself. Now I can safely play at maximum power settings.

I play on a lap top. God decrees when I am best able to play.
Playing on a laptop with unknown specs (will check this afternoon, I recall it being some AMD Radeon for graphics card and an Intel processor), probably older than my ass. While I got nice FPS, decent enough to play CM, my ping flies higher than some people's ego, sometimes spiking over 1500. Gotta be fun to see everyone else teleporting, and me all of a sudden in the middle of the hive.
It executes medium games somewhat fine, got no trouble playing rimworld, starsector and prison architect on it.

Whenever my computer starts to act up, I've always wanted to take it apart and fix it myself. I know better than this, however. Whenever I've tried to tinker with a computer, I've caused more problems than if I had just left it alone. This is why it is so important to seek out the help of a professional when you have a serious problem with your computer. I took my pc to a computer repair near me, and they solved the problem quickly. In this way, I save up a lot of time and my computer's lifetime.
A pretty good gaming PC I built myself 3 years ago that's starting to show its age somewhat.
Its a bummer that the now hard to find at a decent price graphics card lifespan is being wasted on a 2d spessman game
