Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc) It's been a very long time since I've been banned from the medical field, and I feel as though I've grown a significant amount as a player since then. I've been playing as a medic quite often recently, and would welcome the opportunity to bring my experience upstairs to the medbay.
