yes jones doesnt deserve rights and its a lowrp meme
-
Jones can only have rights if both corgis also get similar rights.
Corgi > cat
You cannot change my mind on this.

But you can wear him on your head.

It just legitimizes what COs been doing for years. If you kill the cat you get BEed. It just legalizes it instead of leaving it as a meme. Beside it all about that CO that killed a cat for defcon(doesnt work btw). Even if the cat was not protected killing a cat and throwing it on a corpse pile is not what a sane CO does, especially if it their own pet. I would say adding making the charges lighter and such but the whole point is that you shouldn't kill the CO's pet. What sane human being gets up and says ' today am going to kill someone's pet'.
The law change legalizes what players always treated jones as, a scared NPC that cant be hurt and to hurt is to bring pain to yourself.

Killing Jones is a lowrp meme.
Better enforce against lowrp memes by making... more lowrp memes a part of hardcoded ML.

Hmmm yes... nothing could go wrong giving a cat human rights.

nah, killing a pet is LRP

Alright boys, I got a flawless solution. We make Jones player controlled, and give Jones Ol' Painless. This will certainly be fair and balanced I swear, I already have my Jones whitelist ready to go.

Choose one and choose wisely.
LRP play from CO vs LRP Law.
LRP play from CO player that did that during single round vs LRP part in new Marine Law that will "work" every round.
You got the gig?
Guess what... Kiling Jones was always illegal. It was damage to goverment property... Because... Fucking... Cat... Is... A... Property... While... Destruction... Of... ARES... Is... Less... Severly... Punished.

Killing jones is vile and LRP but I'd rather that we just allow the CO to valid the Jones' murderer instead of making it an invovled marine law thing. Pretty silly to give human rights to an animal, too. That's really not necessary at all if you're trying to get the message accross that animal cruelty is unacceptable - something normal people are already aware of.
