Re-add K/D for certain Items

There is nothing more that I enjoy than seeing a bad CAS or OB

But now with the removal of the KD you cannot see how many were killed by a bad laser. And those of us awaiting the record break cannot be certain.

Please readd KD for CAS and OB so we can see how many good hits command got.
