Do what I do when you see someone getting mad over a video game: Laugh at them, and if they continue to get pissy, antagonize them. They just seethe with anger then and it's funny as fuck.

New players should always be given plenty of leeway and understanding, especially when it comes to a complex autism-fueled game like SS13.
