SL here, i usually assign the spec,SL,the most unga/experienced PFCs into a killteam with a medic, then i divy them up further based on our task, scouting, i keep one normal FT and one kill team, defense, i keep engis and medics in a roaming FT, a normal kill team, and everyone one else on barricade manning


sometimes i put all mini engis/medics into a fireateam and tell them to go "practice their trade" which has been well responded to
