Description of the incident:

I just want an clarification because MP Rufus 'Law' Stallone put me inside perma confinement because a CMO called me insane/insanity and the MP put me inside perma confinement. After awhile, CMP Bill Sutton set me free.

Nothing.

How you would punish the accused:

I am not sure but if he lied something against me or us, maybe a warning for him.

Charge:
Insanity

Description:
Acting in such a manner which makes the offender not sound clear of mind. The CMO or Synthetic can declare insanity on a Marine if the Marine is believed to not be of sound mind.
The Marine once cleared to be of sound mind may be released from this particular charge.

Persons jailed for insanity may not be executed for that sole charge by itself and should not be counted for execution purposes.

Punishment:
Permanent Confinement - Demotion



You've also not bothered to include the time of the incident except to write 'GMT - 8', what rules you think were broken, or anything? What about this warrants a Player Report and couldn't have been solved by asking #staff-help or ahelping in game?

This is not a report.
As Grimreaperx15 has said above, if you are deemed insane you can be isolated until that status changes.
If you believe the insanity clause of Marine Law was abused, you need to say that. A player report is not a place to ask questions. This is something that could easily have been handled with an ahelp.

Resolved, Closed. If you believe a player has actually broken a rule, you can file another report. But asking questions is not the intended purpose.
