Hello, just letting you all know, I'm gonna be retiring, after a good few years here.
I gave it my all and then some, but I honestly got tired a while back. I have tried to make things better, especially on the discord, and in some very small part, I think I at least achieved that, but I've got no more to give, and its taking more still just to keep on going.
The staff team is, I feel, in a good place at the moment, with certain new programmes improving the quality of new mods, and appeals getting handled, often the very next day after they're posted.
I've been surprised by quite a few people during my time, both for reasons good and bad, and I've judged people poorly, unfairly, who have turned out to be decent people in the end,
and I've made judgement calls which others disagreed with, yet I still believe them to be in the best interests of the community as a whole.
The dev team are generally decent people, and having seen for years what they have to put up with, I respect them for sticking around.
I have much to say but not the words to do so, so ill end this here. Ill always be reachable via discord, should anybody wish to.
