So, yesterday, some gamer set an entire DS full of marines on fire with an OT grenade, right after the HEFA ban. Not once, not twice, but three times. The FF squad will apparently always find a way to FF with explosives.

Hefa is RP oriented, after all, you, a marine in the uscm, expect to Fight humans, maybe clf or UPP. And what is more effective at killing and wounding A LOT of humans ? the blessed Hefa, or the gay ass Hedp ?

Thus i propose taking hedp over hefa to be considered lrp and powergaming.
