The issue too, is rolling and actually getting spec. I haven’t gotten it in weeks now, despite it being high every round. And that’s with 3-4 rounds most days. In the rare blue moons that I did get spec, I’d be rusty as hell. No one who plays spec right now can be any good, mostly due to never getting to play the role.

The last time i rolled spec i got granadier, i use the 2x zoom, shoot but because of a bug (other players confirmed it was a bug) the nade DID NOT go over marines and wiped out alpha

The way things currently are, I think it’s the same as having Spec on high.
spec on medium is the true neutral
Not to mention, spec mains are very entitled and toxic, no exceptions.

But... How can anyone even be a spec main? If you go weeks between getting it, then you’d be playing essentially any other role more often.
Not if you just have "Return to lobby if preference unavailable" then you only play spec.
