Quite Competent guy and he knows what he is doing, even If I have to go to hell and back to restore his body, you will certainly make a good commander.

As promised here are your epic questions from hell. Assume you are the CO in all of them

    1. Delta spec is arrested for major damage to government to property for breaking a window in brefing. What do you do?
    2. Marines are rioting because their SL got arrested for disrespecting you. What do you do?
    3. The marines are being rowdy in the briefing area as you are doing briefing. What do you do?
    4. A PO launches early during an evac and leaves 10+ marines behind. The remaining marines are calling for a BE. Do you consider a BE?
    5. You are being arrested for killing your cat, Jones. Is this valid?
    6. An Admiral is sent to your ship to investigate why you are wearing pajamas. What do you do?
    7. A squad specialist is arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, trespassing, damage to government property and resisting arrest. The marines are mad that a specialist was brigged before first drop but the MPs keep talking about how the specialist gave them a hard time as he was the scout specialist. Do you consider pardoning?
    8. Charlie and Delta have entered into a big brawl between each other for whatever reason. There are no MPs. What do you do if anything?
    9. The USCM Synthetic has assaulted you. What do you do?
    10. The XO is faxing for your arrest for Neglect of Duty because you are leaving him in command. What do you do?

    In regards to Memesky.

Clicking on my CO app was a true mistake today, but here are the answers to your questions.

    1. I could easily pardon him, however I do not believe in spec law immunity. My personal choice would be a short but painful (not literally) NJP.

    2. In my opinion DASO should only be issued at the discretion of the officer being insulted, although the law may disagree. As CO I can pardon the SL, however I would immediately follow up with a challenge to a duel. This is truly the best way to gain the respect of a marine back.

    3. Well they're always rowdy in briefing, it's like having restless children. There's no MP intervention required besides possibly using the flash button if they're absolutely not able to not ruin everything. Quickly wrapping up the briefing would be the best option, if people missed their orders I always announce them after briefing anyway.

    4. I'd ask the PO to explain themselves. If I could understand their analysis of the situation and why they chose to leave behind the marines, I would leave them be and announce their reasoning and my conclusion. If I believe the PO was a coward then ordering their arrest for either desertion or neglect of duty would be my personal choice of punishment, the BE is only needed for immediate action.

    5. Yes it is valid, Jones has the same rights as a Marine.

    6. Very quickly remove the pajamas and act like nothing happened. If some traitorous marine rats me out, just say it was a necessary maneuver to maximize tactical efficiency.

    7. If the specialist was indeed fairly charged, I would absolutely never pardon that. I will not tolerate that kind of behavior. The spec is plain and simple a shitter and will be treated as such. Besides, who's gonna miss a scout spec? It's not like you see them anyway.

    8. Order them to keep it non-lethal and quick so they go back to their duties and stop acting like children, I know from personal experience unless you use riot tools you will not be able to stop a full on brawl. With no MPs I could deputize CIC however this only would create resentment among marines for command staff. At most I would myself go to stop them but this could very easily escalate.

    9. Fax HC for a faulty synthetic model.

    10. Explain my reasoning to the XO as to why I left them in command, and ask the XO why they do not feel fit to undertake the operation. It shines very poorly on an XO if they cannot take over the command at the COs order.

    1. You can NJP yes but what's important here is that he committed minor DTGP not major.
    2. You can force an NJP here as well, but otherwise pretty fine.
    3. Decent.
    4. Early evac is not desertion, Neglect of Duty works however.
    5. True.

I have reviewed your application and your answers to other Captains, I can also attest to your commanding competency and marine law knowledge and based off your respones, I am sure you will maintain roleplay standards and follow the rules.

Your answers are correct, story shows to me how you intend to play as a Captain. I have no problem with you in-game.
Your responses to Fortelian and Memesky's questions are correct. Always remember that your MPs will follow your orders until their last breath provided these orders are not unlawful. If they are attempting to directly overthrow or countermand you with no reason at all, ahelp and tell moderators as it is a MP role rule break.

Just some advice, much more will be demanded from you when you are a CO, such as the responsibility for the marines in rounds and the rights and privileges that you have in-game. If things do not work out for you and marines start to plot seditious actions, be careful and calm with your decisions.

It's a POSITIVE vote from me. Good luck.

I have seen you play XO and SO among other squad role in the past.
before i begin giving you a vote, i'd to ask you on the following question.
    1) In a situation where you are the only personal in CIC. would you chose to remain to overwatch or would you deploy? And why?
    2) Would you use a BE to kill certain marine that is highly dangerous to the operation, they may not be intentionally doing it.(Even if they cannot be replaced or is of high value and thus should not be killed?)
    3) Have you ever enforced marine laws?
    4) In a situation where it appear that you may win better if the CIC deploy alongside with the MP force not including the CMP for rules reason(DEFCON:1, Victory would be easier to achieve if CIC drop. Etc.)
    5) Is it dangerous To pursue victory at all cost.

    In regards to May (Kira),

    1. I would stay in CIC, both for operational reasons and OOC reasons. CIC must be properly manned at all times unless under an emergency situation.

    2. The first thing to do is identify whether or not the marine is consciously making the effort to be reckless or a threat. If not, it is best to inform them of what they're doing wrong so they don't repeat the mistake. If the marine is in fact consciously doing things that are putting others at risk without good reason, a BE may be required if the other options are exhausted or undesirable.

    3. I have arrested marines in the past as an MP or as a deputized officer.

    4. It is standard practice to deploy the majority of MPs to guard the nuke. As the nuke is a make or break situation deploying the maximum amount of personnel available is a good choice if it does not impede the operations as a whole.

    5. Yes, the game is about fun, if you sacrifice that to win, you've already lost.

Nice. Your app covers the questions pretty well, and from your community support -- and answers -- you've proven to be competent and knowledgeable too.

I know you've already been battered with questions, but I wanna put one more in. Just wanna solidify my vote with a question I shamelessly ripped from someone else that was used against me before:

Briefly describe a round where you've lost as XO. What led up to the loss? Did your leadership actions, or the actions of those under your command (SOs/SLs) influence the outcome in any way?

    Samantha 'Sammy' Maverick.
    Doctor. Medic. Lieutenant. Commander.
    Commodore.

I'm just someone trying her hardest to not get everyone horribly killed. Also helps people. Sometimes.
