If no commanding officer is online, then you must box each other to death with fists. Whoever lives wins, and is obviously more respectable.

Who judges a rap battle between someone and the CO or does that just fall under "Breaching CO's rules" ?

According to marine law, the CO judges the battle, since disrespecting the CO is DASO, you must rap battle him. Then he determines who wins.
