    Payday 2's style event

    It's not unknown that i have been cooking this idea and actually considering it for a different event outside of our lore.

    Here is my plan:

    Map: Whiskey Outpost set on Extended

    The outpost itself will be our "bank"

    Heisters: CLF, I am considering giving them M56D to represent "sentry turrets" and actually give them a "Vault" to breach

    Cops: UPP, why upp? CLF and UPP armor values haven't been touched in a year and they are pretty much close to same values.

    Skull Dozer: UPP specialist with slug shotgun

    Cloaker: UPP commando with stun baton and handcuffs, can have a M10 for self defense and a cloaking device, can have Smoke grenades.


    The game will be done in 6 waves, while CLF has lethal weaponry, the UPP will try to capture them and get them arrested, I might place a few players as hostages.

    If UPP get them arrested, they are to be pulled out of the map until a Hostage trade happens.

    If a heister dies, he can be replaced at each two waves with another CLF squad.

    The heisters will be supported by "Space crime.ST" and a entity called "Kain" which will conduct the hostage trade.

    During the event the CLF will have a chance to do this heist silently or go guns blazing which will lead to UPP strong response.



    Give me suggestions of what would you like to see or how i can improve this plan.

    This sounds like a pretty neat event and a big deviation from the norm.

    I like the idea of taking hostages and having one player as a hostage negotiator. This will be fun!

    Sign me in as a hostage. The idea is cool, but watch out for people who just want to execute the hostages lol.

    I have a plan for that, Heister team will be briefed that killing hostages will lead into Heavy UPP response like Snipers and diminished Heister respawn.

    It might be tricky to make it work with CM popsizes? I mean, how many heisters are we talking about here? What are the people who aren’t heisters doing during the initial heist phase?

    We could make heisters about 10-15 people, heavily fortified, MGs, sentries etc. 5 hostages and the rest are attackers. I think this event should be hosted in low pop-slightly med pop tho.

    Briefing. A plan on how to attack if negotiations don't go correctly. Kinda like special forces teams(GIGN, SAS etc.) on a hostage rescue situation.

    Bad idea, the two tile hallway map would be filled with 8x scope sluggers
