Here's the deal, I talked with Nanu, I made the ruling and I'll resolve this one.

The intent of the ruling was to stop Commanding Officers trying to Force Marines to wear helmets only as a meme, or take away the uniqueness a marine could have with standard issue headgear. However the Squad Leader is required to follow lawful and reasonable orders from Command without question. A CO ordering a squad leader to wear his/her Custom helmet is not unreasonable, and needs to be followed. If you do not want to wear a helmet, do not play Specialist or Squad Leader as you spawn with a CUSTOM Helmet for your role.

I don't make a habit of turning a "Victim" into an "Offender", and I don't tolerate people coming into reports and saying "No the reporter is a shitler BAN THEM INSTEAD OK!" Everyone has a right if they feel wronged to make a report, and I see this as confusion from my previous ruling

However JahFairy, you admit, you have the "stigma" of being a "shitler" and have a reputation of making reports and withdrawing them. It's hard to find someone credible if they keep that behavior up. I am going to recommend in the future you should really think about "did this really violate a rule" before you make a report. Event the mod was correct in their enforcement, and they did their job.

Dusanking didn't violate any rules or CO standards, and although the logs show you violated the SL needs to follow orders rule, I am leaving it as a reminder here on this thread, and not any official punishments.
If you really dont want a helmet, play any combat role except Spec/SL.
