My apologies for the late response, i was away for some time.
The general consensus seems to be that you come off as Toxic/Rude to players. I have had multiple people come forward to me asking me to straight up not accept you because they have had from their view bad/terrible experiences ingame from you.
If you want a chance at Trial Mod/Mod i recomend you improve your attitude ingame, out of game etc. so you could garner more support. Because as of right now, very few wishes to let you have a chance on the staff team.
