Well I gotta be honest here.
You are a great XO and SL when it comes to leading, send supplies down, drop OBs etc ... but what worries me the most is your agressiveness to deal with Insubordinate staff or related problems (which can be seen in Yuliyas questions). Not every round goes the way we want them to so you have to be prepared for everything and the last thing you wanna do is threaten a BE, even if you have no intention of actually going foward with it. Threatening someone with a BE is literally putting your foot on the end of a clif that will most of the times lead to a mutiny or a massive lack of cohesion just like that.
Another issue is your atitude as Rem refered. I even PMed you on discord giving you a couple tips, and to actually see your side, but after personal experience I gotta let this out. Mate, even if you get Captain, you will always have to follow the chain of command and most of all, Respect it. Even if you don't agree with a CO's decision you should be following it (unless it is something outright dumb), since he might be thinking of aproaching a problem from a different perspective. It's very important for you to think for yourself, which you do extremely well, but you also have to listen to the ones under your command since if you have more than 1 mind thinking about resolving an issue, it's way better than just one. Ultimately you have the final word on what the ones under you suggest, but remember, ALWAYS take into account what they have to say, and you not only will earn their respect, but will gain more and more experience that will ultimately lead you to a pathway that spices the round a bit, having you more comfortable with trying out new strats, making a round more enjoyable for everyone.
My suggestion for you is that you play MP/CMP/XO, since you already have the command knowledge, but you need to act cool most of the times. It is rather normal for COs to do mistakes every once in a while, but I do not feel right giving you my vouch, knowing that you will probably lose your cool and end up making hot headed decisions that will be detrimental to other people. Remember, COs are here to entertain people, but impose respect in return, and therefore you cannot only think for yourself, but you gotta think as a whole to make a good round, not only for you, but for everyone else.
Good luck
