I haven't played with him in a while, but my experiences have been... poor.

He already wields military law like a club (that he doesn't know how to use and frequently gets wrong) and throws tantrums when things don't go his way. Giving him immunity to the law and execution rights would only make the problem worse.

And yes, the aforementioned OOC behaviour.

Having had you under me as an XO before, I can say your performance is competent. However I will agree with the claims that your behavior is very poor at times.

Behavior should be fixed before being WL'd, not after, therefore I will be voting -1

While you are a good XO, my main concern with this application is your behavior. Some of the community has pointed out that their experiences with you were bad.

I will have to leave a NEGATIVE for now. I suggest you keep playing command and MP roles if you can and get the community to attest to your behavior.

Like the many others here, you are a good XO; I have had you multiple times. But to be a Captain you need to act like one, the concerns are mostly brought up about you recent behaviors to others. We want someone who is respectful and can communicate effectively IC'ly and OOC'ly, not disrespect.

Fix your behavior and then re-apply, -1.

From what I've seen, I don't know why people think you have a bad attitude. However, it seems that some people don't like ya for it. I will be maintaining my +2, however, because from all my experiences you are a chad, and seeing ya name tells me I'm gonna have a good time. I encourage you to try to get to talk with these people more, and diagnose whatever problem they may have with you, so that you can work together to sort it out.

I'm going to +1 this since behavior is such a subjective term. If you can get the job done, you can get it done. I've had a lot of decent rounds under you that were fun, even with me being as burnt as I am. People tend to exaggerate their negative interactions with others, and even I had negative interactions with you a lot OOC and IC, but you were the bigger guy. You actually resolved it and cooled us down, even got us having a conversation instead of an argument in a chat so I see a lot of reasons why you should be a CO just from that. From a PFC main towards command, I feel like you'd be a good leader.
