I told a moderator that I was going to report him

I kept asking some staff member if an issue had been resolved ingame or not, he kept saying that he wasn't a coder or a moderator and that he wouldn't answer my question, even thought it was a legitimate question, he didn't told me to ask a coder or anyone else.
Later when I went to ask a mentor if he could help me with the issue, I told him that he should be able to help, since the other staff wasn't able of doing so. Then the apparently moderator emerged and said I was 1 day banned because I kept asking the same question and banned me for 1 day.
Later I sent him a message in Byond DMs saying that I was going to report him and that he should do his job better than he did, so he perma banned me.
A situation that could've been resolved by a simple answer evolved to a permaban that I'm appealing right now, I don't know the nature of the moderator I was speaking with that day so he probably got mad or sad because of my acts and banned me for that, so i'm here to apologize to him(even not knowing who he is anymore) and try to get my ticket to keep playing this beautiful server of ours.
