Quick, but important, update for all people viewing this:

Thank you for your votes and comments and I'm sorry if you haven't seen me in the game these past few days. I'm really busy with this writing job I landed and I'm trying to prove myself to my employer first and foremost. I will try and participate in rounds a lot more during the weekend. I'm reaaaally swamped during work days as I'm new to this kind of job and I have to research tons of stuff. This being said, I completely understand if my application can't be accepted at the current time.

Good app. Decent fella.

Though one thing to keep in mind. Personally from my experience as a CO, while micromanaging and so on is not something I do either, incompetence of your staff may cost you a lot in performance and perhaps even risking the round. So every now and then you should be able to fill in for them or sort them out.

I can't recall playing with you, so I'm taking the quality of your app and other people's experiences into consideration here. Your app is okay. I want you to actually answer how your CO would handle the example scenarios with the engineers, SO, and XO. I'm leaning positive because other good CO players support you, but I don't feel like the answers you've provided so far are enough to give me an impression on how you'd command.
