    but think about this: i never ever played VC and still considere tank a cool feature in my gameplay experience.
    Both as a pfc or beanos, i would just be sad if that feature get deleted.

    as a pfc its nice to have a badass tank to escort and play around
    as a xeno its fun to have a scary tank to worry about.

    the tank is not only enjoyed by the vc crew.. its not only 2 player per round who enjoy the tank, ALL THE PLAYER experience the tank, therefor its a feature enjoyed by evryone, not only 2 player like you seem to beleive..
    If that would be true, then just as tank is supposedly enjoyed by both other PFCs and benos, then T3s being powerfull should allow PFCs and T1s to enjoy the game too just because they exist and have a lot of power. Instead, it takes away power from one and kills the other. I see no benefit in that.

    It simply doesn't work this way. Just because tank affects somehow your gameplay, doesn't mean you get to actually experience and enjoy the tank as a PFC, or beno. We could in theory make super marine robocop, give it 1000 HP, fast speed, gun with a lot of damage, stun immunity, good armor etc, but only one player each round gets it. Then make super beno with pretty much the same state. They will both wipe out other less powerfull players. Will that be enjoyable for everyone? No.

    And here is a "secret" if anyone could call it this way. Tank will never be removed.
    Yes, I stand by it. Whole staff is against removing the tank and APC. Devs don't want to do it, because somebody worked on the sprite and the mechanics code etc, so they won't do it. Staff won't do it, because they think its something to be proud of and it gets us more players.
    Tank will always be in the game. No matter how hard I will complain, no matter how hard someone else will complain, tank will always be here.
    Saying "Remove the tank" is a meme. Since its reintroduction it will always be in the game and available somehow for marines. Its a meme.

    The best we can expect is to have combat powerloaders/mechs as an option for VCs to choose. If those vehicles would prove to be way more fun than tank, they would be picked over it and tank will die via natural death. But we won't have it either.

    It will end up exactly as I predicted: Tank balanced - Complains about the tank - Tank buffed - Benos fucked - Benos buffed - Marines fucked - Balance.

    So what's the deal with vehicle crewman, really?

    Like, just, why? Why is it even a thing in it's current shape and form at least? And why are said roles continually treated in-character like some fuckoff absolute heroes of da corps and whatever else the forced marine rp dictates? Why are 2 people infused with this unbeliveable protagonist syndrome and treated like the only thing that matters ever? Who thought it's a good idea to have a role of 2 people that carry the entire round and are given all the special snowflake attention, whether percieved or not, justified or not?

    The grand amount of times I rolled and played VC was 2. Two. Once as driver, other time as gunner. I just see no reason at all to ever waste my time rolling for a role surrounded by so much cancer and vitriol from the community.
