What happens to your marine after he/she leaves the corps?

This was a thing in the old forums and was quite curious to see what people built to their characters after the events of the xenomorph infestation so Im bringing it up again; Ill start:

Since the game was originally intended to have the famous 70/30 win ratio between xenos and marines I made two parallel timelines for PFC Benitez:

Line 1: He dies during the events of the infestation, either by pushing too hard or suiciding/bursting after capture.

Line 2: Survives the events of First/Expected Contact. However, the wounds he sustained made him useless to be in the corps, after a honorable discharge and some months of recovering hes contacted with an offer to join Dutch Dozen and sails to explore the galaxy.

Some say he's still down in those caves, living in tents made from xeno scalps and living off what the jungle provides.

Every morning he stops by the LZ, checking to see if his tribe has returned for him.

Somehow makes it off of the Almayer on an escape pod. Ends up getting somewhere to safety, and for the rest of his life struggles with PTSD and alcoholism.

Dying while yellling obscenities of radio and emptying his mag.

    Or.

Prolly having a career until retirement where he'd just drop to a colony and die to any CLF who'd know he was in the USCM or from old age/lung cancer.
Always keeping a picture of Nat close tho.

This is the only reasonable outcome for at least 90% of marines, to be honest.

For engineer character: Finds a job on a civilian vessel as an engineer, hoping to never run into anything nasty again.

For SO: Continues on the career track to serve on a ship that's not patrolling some shithole backwater area (at least, that's the dream)

    For SSGT Cassius Klaus?

Probably either he succeeds in working his way to Sergeant Major and retire peacefully on reserve duty until he has to leave permanently ... or die to CLF during a bloody defensive action and have his body dragged around grimly as a example for all "freedom fighters" and marines to see the power of the CLF.

Best possible ending? He gets a recommendation for officer training and succeeds in serving out the rest of his life as a low ranking officer before retiring.

    For Captain Jacque Devereaux?
Probably a simple retirement at a ripe old age on Earth or one of the other popular non-seditious colonies with a huge pension and a finger or two in corporate stocks.

    Spoiler Spoiler:

    For Tristen Martens,

He'd be in the PMC with a line for intel, in the best of case or, acting mercenary for Freelancer group for getting biosynthetic recovery treatment. Either way he's no the type to sit down when so much is known and revealed. I bet he'd earn a station or garrison
