Jim would probably scale a high mountain, settling upon the peak. As he gazes out over the houses that dotted the horizon he would sigh happily to himself and then scream "Fuck those MPs" after which he would be promptly arrested and executed.

Marines lose, aliens board: Either die to the beno slaughter/Almayer crash, or evacuate, leave the USCM, get PTSD, spend the rest of their life inside a apartment in Luna. Probably dies some years later.
Marines win, benos wiped: Leave USCM, attempts to return to W-Y's science division after the Almayer incident. Succeeds since their knowledge from xenos needs to be kept in secret, studies Xenos and other alien-like creatures for the rest of her life. This may change if they discover W-Y is evil thought.
It really depends on the events of the rounds, thought. There are too many scenarios, but those are the main ones i think.
