Right, this will be a short guide, but a neccessary one.
Recently IB mechanics changed (a bic OD will only fix IB once all of a person's brute damage is healed) and this has left many medics in confusion. How does one fix Ib? Is QC viable again?
--HOW TO FIX IB--
1. CHECK HOW MUCH BRUTE DAMAGE A PERSON HAS
2. FEED THEM A BICARDINE PILL (and iron pill)
3. IF THEY STILL HAVE BRUTE DAMAGE USE ADV TRAUMA KITS TO HEAL THE REST
4. IF THEY STILL HAVE BRUTE DAMAGE FEED ANOTHER BICARDINE PILL UNTIL IT'S ALL GONE (and while doing this punch them then re-kit the limb, this is a net heal)
5. ONCE ALL BRUTE DAMAGE IS GONE, OD THEM WITH OVER 30u BICARDINE AND FEED THEM A KELOTANE PILL (and iron pill to keep their blood topped up)
QC is still absolute dogshit as it does not fix IB at all, it only pauses the effects for a short time. It is unneccessary 99% of the time when fixing an IB case, whereas IRON is much more useful. This chem will help your patient regain their lost blood and can also be used as a tempoary stabiliser when healing the IB.
Remember! Don't take QC! Take iron!
