Alright i have read the report, logs, and the witnesses statements.
This seems to have been incompetence, lack of communication and a general lack of knowledge as well. However, in the future, Clairion and any others feeding people special pills should inform the person about what you gave them and if it has any OD limit.
Report Resolved, no griefing happened so no further action will be taken.
