Nearing the end of the round, I saw a purple-haired pink-eyed abomination and did my civil duty to punch them 4-5 times in the groin. Bancrose later tried to make me have a moral conundrum about the ethics of beating lesbians. Pretty much a mountain made outta an anthill, standard stuff here.

Ok so I've read your appeal and honestly you aren't taking what you did seriously enough, you were already on a very thin line and you did this despite most of us giving you a shot. No more chances, -1 from me.

It's hard to really take something 'seriously' when the subject matter isn't incredibly serious in the first place. If it's a really something big like shooting other marines with the intent to kill, yeah, it'd be a big deal. But punching a lesbian -thing- 4-5 times in the groin deserves the same exact time? Yikes.

I think you should reframe how you think of this situation in your mind. Even if you stand by the idea that what you did isn't serious, at least the fact that you were banned for it should make it seem serious to you. Your appeal should be approached in a serious nature if you want it to be lifted or properly considered.

If you aren't going to take your own probation seriously I don't see why you'd be better off of it.
You're just going to fail it if you continue breaking rules with that sort of attitude.
