Ok so, there's multiple breaches of protocol here.
1. Considering that Trustscience dealt with it while being involved, this entire note is instantly being voided. Moderators CANNOT deal with ahelps they're involved in, unless it's an emergency such as griefer killing multiple people and a mod being involved, but the only staff on. In every other circumstance, a mod should ahelp their issue and let another staff deal with this.
2. Very questionable ban. You were rude, but not rude enough to consider banning you. Trustscience also could've just told you to stop, instead of jumping straight to ban.
3. Trustscience didn't tell you you were being banned for "rudeness", just instantly banned you with no warning. A staff has to tell the player if they're being banned and why.
4. Trustscience himself was pretty unprofessional in assuming you don't know how to play xeno because you died to a synth. Fighting synths is fine but you should always listen to the queen. That being said, it seems Trustscience was biased in dealing with this report since he was the queen and seemed pretty hot-headed when PMing you.
I've deleted the note, and absolutely do not condone what Trustscience has done. Given he has no other warnings, this, while being a breach of multiple protocols, will remain as a heavy warning. Any other breaches like this will result in severe punishment.
