As of writing this signature, I have no intention of playing much of CM aside from spectating and watching people seeing how they do nowadays.
My time there was hazy, but I think they have functioning mecha, you have to dress yourself (vendors don't auto-equip items on you), and even if you speak bastardized latin-script Russian you're okay. Aha. I Didn't know our heavy slavic brethren made multiple servers.
russian CM is actually HRP because its the only game the russian computers can handle so they take it serious I guess
